Robert is a Senior Managing Director on the Business Development team and also the local CEO of the group’s Italian subsidiary, Capital Dynamics SGR. He has extensive experience in Private Equity, M&A, Corporate Finance and Corporate Banking. Prior to joining Capital Dynamics, Robert was CEO of Advanced Capital SGR. Prior to that he was Vice-Chairman at DVR Capital, a merchant banking boutique based in Milan, after having served as Managing Director at Rothschild in Italy for 12 years. Previously, he worked as a Senior Banker at JP Morgan. Earlier in his career, he was an investment banker at Kidder Peabody & Co in London, Milan and Madrid, and was the co-founder of ABK (now Arca Merchant), one of the first independent merchant banks in Italy. He began his career at The Chase Manhattan Bank in New York. Robert holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and Business Administration from Franklin Pierce University and a Master’s degree in International Management from the American Graduate School of International Management.
