Bio

Harald is a Senior Managing Director, Group General Counsel, Head of Legal and Compliance and member of the Executive Committee. Harald joined Capital Dynamics in 2011. Prior to joining us, he was a US lawyer at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett in London and WilmerHale in Washington DC and also worked as a Swiss lawyer in Zurich at Homburger and Bär & Karrer, specializing in M&A and capital markets. Harald is admitted to practice in New York and Switzerland, and holds a Juris Doctor in Law (lic.iur.) from the University of Fribourg and an LL.M. in Securities and Financial Regulation from Georgetown University Law Center.
