Alyssa is a Senior Director and Global Head of Funds - Legal. Prior to joining Capital Dynamics, she was an associate at Goodwin Procter UK LLP in London and at Clifford Chance LLP in London, where she specialized in private investment funds law. Alyssa is admitted to practice in England and Wales. She holds a master's degree in Law from Northwestern University School of Law, a master's degree from the University of Oxford and a bachelor's degree from Georgetown University.
