Bio

Mandi is a Director and Head of Human Resources. Prior to joining Capital Dynamics, Mandi held several positions within International HR Business Partnering teams and worked as a Senior HR Generalist with Guy Carpenter, a leading Re-insurance specialist and part of Marsh McLennan Companies. Mandi holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management (Honours) from Westminster Business School and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Professional Development.
