Bio

Hina is a Senior Managing Director, Chief Operating Officer and member of the Executive Committee. Prior to joining us, she was an attorney at Woodside Counsel, specializing in corporate transactions and regulatory matters. Previously, Hina was a senior associate in the Corporate and Financial Institutions Groups at Skadden, Arps. She also served as an executive at various technology and energy start-up companies. Hina is admitted to practice in New York and California. She holds a Juris Doctor from Columbia Law School and a Bachelor of Arts from McMaster University.
