Bio

Sophie is a digital transformation and disruption entrepreneur with a background in private equity and investment banking. Co-founder of high-end innovation and digital transformation consultancy Re_Set, Sophie is passionate about helping organisations shape their future in a highly disrupted world. Sophie is also the co-founder of digital transformation consultancy the eNova Partnership, which she ran for 7 years before it merged with Re_Set in late 2017. A thought after facilitator and speaker, Sophie holds an active role in the digital and innovation community. She is an expert judge at the World Retail Congress, routinely runs board-level innovation workshops, and the digital training programmes she created called Digital Bootcamps. She spent the first 10 years of her career focusing on the retail sector in roles with blue chip banking and private equity institutions: Goldman Sachs, Change Capital Partners where she worked with Stephan, and HgCapital. Sophie graduated from French Grande Ecole ESSEC.
