Mr. Harvey founded Capital Alignment Partners in 2009 and serves as the firms Managing Partner. Prior to founding Capital Alignment Partners, Mr. Harvey was with Morgan Keegan & Company’s investment banking group, where he served as Principal in the Morgan Keegan Mezzanine Fund and its successor, the Morgan Keegan Strategic Fund. In these roles, Mr. Harvey was responsible for sourcing, selecting, managing and exiting investments, as well as general fund management activities. Prior to joining Morgan Keegan, Mr. Harvey worked with Sirrom Capital, a publicly traded Business Development firm, and its successor, Finova Mezzanine Capital, where he served in a variety of investment and credit-related positions. Prior to Sirrom, Mr. Harvey worked in commercial banking serving in both marketing and credit-related roles at Bank of America and Wachovia Corporation.
