Mr. Healy joined Capital Alignment Partners in 2017 and serves as a Managing Director. Prior to joining Capital Alignment Partners, Mr. Healy spent 4 years with Cadence Bank. At Cadence, he primarily focused on leveraged finance with a focus on Middle Market and Lower Middle Market private equity buy-outs in the healthcare sector. Prior to joining Cadence, Mr. Healy spent 11 years at Avondale Partners, a boutique investment bank with a focus on the healthcare industry. At Avondale, he had several roles but immediately prior to leaving in 2013, he was Managing Director, Head of Institutional Equity Sales. Prior to Avondale, Mr. Healy was in the Equity Research Department at SunTrust Equitable Securities.
