Bio

Spyros has been developing the business activities of the CAPCELLENCE group since 2005. By achieving independence in 2009 via the MBO, he achieved his entrepreneurial independence. Spyros gained several years of experience in an American management consultancy at the start of his career and was then six and a half years in the management of a larger family-run craft company with the aim of successor; that didn't work. With his MBI in a small software company, he then realized the goal of successful succession. After the sale, he was head of the IKB private equity investment business for mechanical engineering and electrical engineering for several years. Spyros is a business graduate from the University of Essen and did his doctorate in Dortmund on competitive strategies of Japanese and Korean automobile manufacturers.
