Bio

Roel is a Principal at Cap10, with experience across several sectors, primarily focused on executing mid-market investments with transformational aspects such as supporting transitions of family-owned or founder-led businesses, carve-outs, and operational improvement situations. Roel has nine years of private equity investing and advisory experience. Most recently he was a Director for Pan-European Private Equity firm Argos Wityu in Amsterdam and Brussels. Prior to this, Roel worked in London as investor for Weight Partners Capital, and started his career as M&A Strategy consultant at PwC Strategy& in 2015. He graduated cum laude from St. Norbert College in Green Bay, Wisconsin (US) with a Bachelor in Global business, Finance and Economics, is a CFA Charterholder, and speaks fluent Dutch, German, and English.
