Mr. Gregorio is a co-founder and Managing Partner at Canum Capital Partners where he is actively involved in all investment and portfolio activities of the firm. He has been a principal investor and capital markets professional since 2000. Mr. Gregorio brings extensive due diligence, negotiations and capital markets expertise to the team. Prior to co-founding Canum Capital, Mr. Gregorio was the managing principal of Cencal Capital, LLC, a private investment platform specializing in the acquisition and management of stressed single-family and multi-family real estate assets. Previously, Mr. Gregorio was a restructuring investment banking professional, most recently as a Director with Miller Buckfire & Co., LLC in New York. Prior to Miller Buckfire, Mr. Gregorio was an investment banker with Saybrook Capital and Wedbush, Inc. Throughout his investment banking career, he has designed, negotiated and executed M&A transactions, debt and equity financings and other deleveraging transactions. Mr. Gregorio has significant experience across a broad range of industries including airlines, auto parts, consumer products, entertainment, media, oil & gas services and retail. Mr. Gregorio earned a M.A (summa cum laude) in Business Economics from the University of California, Santa Barbara and a B.S. (magna cum laude) degree in Business Economics from CSU Bakersfield. He is also a CFA charter holder and a member of the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG). In his free time, Mr. Gregorio enjoys running, hiking, mountain biking and any other activity he can spend with his wife and two children.
