Bio

Shawn serves as outside General Counsel for Canterbury Capital, LLC. In that role, Shawn assists the business in evaluating opportunities and minimizing any associated legal risks. Prior to his work at Canterbury, Shawn had nearly twenty years of experience as in-house counsel including as the Vice-President and General Counsel to a world-wide group of companies that provide products and services to commercial weatherproofing and construction markets and whose revenues approached $1 billion during his tenure. Shawn is currently a Member at the law firm of Kaufmann, Drozdowski, & Grendell, LLC.
