Bio

Emily Simmerly joined Canterbury in 2020 as the Manager of Human Resources and Special Projects. Prior to this role with Canterbury, Emily spent her career recruiting in-house and on the agency side with both global and boutique firms in a variety of industries. Currently, Emily serves as Canterbury’s Director of Operations and leads all internal operations as well as serving as Canterbury’s primary point of contact with the portfolio companies’ leadership teams. Emily holds a BA in Spanish and a minor in Business Management from Gustavus Adolphus College.
