Adam heads up the Coast2Coast Warsaw office and has 18 years of combined private equity and industry experience. Before joining Coast2Coast, Adam worked for 2 years at ICENTIS Capital and for 13 years at The Riverside Company, a global private equity fund. Adam has invested and managed investments in consumer goods, construction materials, medical devices, telecom, industrial products, technology and business services. Adam has extensive experience in M&A transactions and a deep network in the business community in CEE, especially in Poland. Adam holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Boston University.
