Blake focuses on transaction sourcing, evaluating investment opportunities, structuring transactions and advising portfolio company management teams. He has over 12 years of experience focusing on helping companies raise debt and equity capital for purposes including financing asset purchases, M&A, management buyouts, dividend recapitalizations, refinancing a company’s capital structure, add-on acquisitions, and more. Blake joined Caltius Structured Capital in 2023 as a Vice President. Previously, Blake was a Director at Barclays Investment Bank’s Financial Sponsors Group, where he spent seven years covering private equity firms and their portfolio companies, focused on Debt Capital Markets and Leveraged Finance related opportunities. Prior to that, Blake worked abroad for over four years in Beijing, China as an Engagement Manager in KPMG’s Commercial Due Diligence team and as a Strategy Consultant at Kotler Marketing Group. Blake received his M.B.A. from the UCLA Anderson School of Management and his B.S. in Economics from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
