Bio

Cédric Duchamp founded Calcium Capital after a dual financial and operational career. Cédric was previously Director of Mergers and Acquisitions within the Casino Group, which he joined after 7 years as an investment banker at Goldman Sachs, in France and in the United States. As part of the mergers and acquisitions advisory team, he has participated in numerous transactions, large and small, and has devoted himself to supporting companies facing major strategic decisions. He has also advised numerous investment funds in their operations. While working in the United States, Cédric was exclusively focused on the retail and FMCG business sector. Previously, Cédric had had an initial operational career as a project manager in the technology sector, initially in the United States at Square D Co., a subsidiary of the Schneider Group, then in Europe at Microsoft. At Microsoft, Cédric participated in the development of many products in the range, such as Windows, Outlook, Internet Explorer, or even server products or products for mobile terminals. Cédric is a graduate of the Catholic Institute of Arts and Crafts in Lille and an MBA from the Wharton School of Business.
