Lauren joined Cairngorm Capital in June 2020. She is a Digital Transformation specialist with extensive experience in both the public and private sector, helping organisations adapt and respond to change, leveraging the benefits of new technology and embracing new ways of working. Outside of work Lauren enjoys skiing, rock climbing and travelling.
