Dean joined Cache Creek as a Partner in 2016. He was previously the President of the Pump Solutions Group, a $700 million division of Dover Corp. (NYSE: DOV) servicing diverse end markets including, chemical, water and wastewater, oil & gas, hygienic and military and transport. Prior to Dover, he was President and CEO of Peerless Pump Company, a $200 million division of Grundfos Pump Company ($4 billion Danish Pump Company). Dean also worked at Sulzer Group in their pump division for eight years and prior to that was at Allied Signal for over a decade. He received his MBA from Pepperdine University and has a BS from California State at Dominguez Hills. Dean is also the Chairman of the Board of Mountain Secure Systems.
