Keith Maddin Bio

Keith joined Cabot in 1998 and is a partner. Keith has led a number of the firm’s investments in property and infrastructure businesses. Keith currently works with Net Zero Buildings (UK offsite building manufacture and leasing), Public Sector Plc (UK local government property), and Premier Modular (UK offsite building manufacture and hire). Past investments include MedicX (UK GP Surgeries), Signature Senior Lifestyle (UK elderly care), Equitix (UK infrastructure investment and asset management), Storage King (UK self storage) and Tribe Apartments (UK PRS housing). Prior to Cabot, Keith spent fourteen years at BP Plc including UK and international roles in real estate, operations, finance and M&A.
