Bio

Josh joined the team in 2014 as an Associate, with responsibility for sourcing, evaluating, and executing M&A transactions and supporting our operating companies’ senior leadership teams on key strategic initiatives. During his time at BW Forsyth Partners, Josh has primarily worked with EMA and Baldwin while also assisting on the group’s most recent new platform acquisition, HawkeyePedershaab. Currently, Josh is most active with the EM team, where he has supported the platform through multiple bolt-on acquisitions and collaborated with the senior leadership team to develop and execute several operational improvement projects.
