Steven joined Bailey & Company in 2017 and currently serves as a Managing Director, working to expand the firm’s tech-enabled services and healthcare technology sectors. With prior experience as both a banker and investor, Steven offers a unique perspective and deep knowledge to every strategic advisory engagement. He previously worked for Frontier Growth, a software and tech-focused private equity fund, and Brookwood Associates, a middle market investment bank. Steven began his career in investment banking with BB&T Capital Markets. Steven earned a Master of Business Administration from the University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He holds both his Series 7, 62, and 63 securities registrations and is registered with BSC Securities, LLC, member FINRA/SIPC. Steven lives in Nashville with his wife and daughter. His personal interests include golf, skiing, boating, traveling, and spending time with family.
