Richard joined Bailey & Company in 2019 and serves as Managing Director focused on the firm’s healthcare services sector. He has been directly involved in more than 50 healthcare services transactions. With prior corporate development and operational experience in large multi-site healthcare companies, Richard brings unique expertise to help clients navigate the complexities of today’s healthcare environment. Richard is a member of the Phoenix Club of Nashville, an organization looking for ways to make a positive impact on the lives of underserved youth in middle-Tennessee, and is a current Board member of the Nashville Ballet Foundation. He graduated Summa Cum Laude & Phi Beta Kappa from Furman University and earned his J.D. from Vanderbilt University Law School, where he participated in the law and business program. He also holds his series 63 and 79 securities registrations and is registered with BSC Securities, LLC, member FINRA/SIPC. He is a Nashville native, where he currently resides, and enjoys spending time with friends and family as well as being a long-suffering Vanderbilt sports fan.
