Phillip Knotts joined Bailey & Company in 2022 and serves as a Managing Director. He brings more than 16 years of experience executing both sell-side and buy-side transactions, helping clients achieve liquidity and identify the right partners for growth. He specializes in working with healthcare providers and outsourced services businesses, focusing on home health and post-acute providers, dental groups, and center-based and retail healthcare. Phillip leverages his in-depth knowledge of operating and consolidation dynamics, provider-based business models, reimbursement and regulatory complexities, and network of strategic buyer and private equity investor relationships to help his clients achieve their desired transaction goals. Through his highly collaborative and consultative approach, Phillip provides strategic advice, expertise, and insight based on ongoing sector developments, often starting well in advance of a transaction.
