Mr. Wilson has been affiliated with Brynwood Partners since 2009, when he joined as Chief Operating Officer of DeMet's Candy Company. He subsequently became President and Chief Executive Officer of Brynwood VI's Balance Bar Company. Following the successful divesture of Balance Bar, he returned as Vice Chairman and interim Chief Executive Officer of DeMet's Candy Company through its divesture in 2013. After the acquisition of Buitoni Food Company, Mr. Wilson briefly served as the company’s President and Chief Executive Officer before returning to Brynwood in 2021. Mr. Wilson is a member of the Firm’s Operations Committee and serves on the Board of Directors of two additional Brynwood investments. Prior to his affiliation with Brynwood, Wilson held various marketing, operations, and general management roles with Quebecor World, International Paper, and Scott Paper.
