Anthony Crispino is a Founding Partner of Bruin Sports Capital. He has three decades of experience in global operations and financial management across a range of industries. Tony works closely with C.E.O. George Pyne on fundraising, strategic planning, business development, M&A, financial management, recruiting, and talent development for the company. He also manages all Bruin operations and oversees portfolio companies Deltatre, Two Circles, OverTier, and previously its interests in On Location Experiences. A business transformation expert, Crispino played a key leadership role in the turnaround of Gulfstream, one of the great business success stories of the last century. There, Crispino’s financial and operational strategies produced double-digit gains in profitability and record performance. It also cemented the legacy of Ted Forstmann, one of the all-time great venture capitalists, who recruited Crispino for this project. After that and again for Forstmann, he joined I.M.G. and led the complete restructuring of the global finance and operations for its golf, tennis, fashion, events, consulting, licensing, college performance training, and media business units. He rose to become C.O.O. of I.M.G. College that, during his tenure, achieved triple-digit earnings growth. Before I.M.G., Crispino was S.V.P. at Bank of America, responsible for a multi-billion operation that produced new levels of efficiency and performance for the company. Crispino holds a Bachelor’s degree from Towson University, an M.B.A. from Marywood College and a certificate in Strategic Management from Harvard University.
