Thomas J. Baldwin joined BRS in 2000, after working with BRS on several investment opportunities and serving for BRS on the Board of Directors of B&G Foods from 1998 to 2007. From 1988 to 1995, he served as Vice President and then Managing Director of The INVUS Group, Ltd., a private equity investment firm. Prior to that, Tom was a consultant with Boston Consulting Group, a strategy consulting firm. He is a member of the investment committee. Tom received a BBA from Siena College and his MBA from The Harvard Business School.
