Thomas J. Baldwin, joined BRS in 2000, after working with BRS on several investment opportunities and serving for BRS on the Board of Directors of B&G Foods since 1998. From 1988 to 1995, he served as Vice President and then Managing Director of The INVUS Group, Ltd., a private equity investment firm. Prior to that, Mr. Baldwin was a consultant with Boston Consulting Group, a strategy consulting firm. Mr. Baldwin received a BBA from Siena College and his MBA from The Harvard Business School. Mr. Baldwin is a member of the investment committee. He is currently a director of the following BRS portfolio companies: Not Your Average Joe’s, Inc., InMotion Entertainment Group, L.L.C., and Simpson Performance Products. In the past, he was a director of the following BRS portfolio companies: B&G Foods, Inc., Eurofresh, Inc., Lazy Days’ R.V.
