Stephen C. Sherrill, was an officer of CVC from 1983 through 1994. Previously, he was an associate at the New York law firm of Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison. He earned his BA at Yale University and his JD at Columbia Law School. Mr. Sherrill is a member of the investment committee. He is currently Chairman of the Board of B&G Foods, Inc., and a director of Gamo Outdoor, SL and Daisy Manufacturing Co. In the past, he was a director of the following BRS portfolio companies: Eurofresh, Inc., Alliance Laundry Systems LLC, Mediq, Inc., Restaurant Associates Corp, Jitney-Jungle Stores of America, Inc., HealthPlus Corporation, Seroyal Holdings, L.P., Inc., Doane Pet Care Enterprises, Healthessentials Solutions, Inc., MWI Veterinary Supply Co., Ruth’s Hospitality Group, Inc., Il Fornaio (America) Corporation, Airxcel Holdings, Inc., Royal Robbins, Inc., and New Archery Products Corp. While at CVC, Mr. Sherrill was a director of the following CVC portfolio companies: America Online, Inc., Gilbarco, Inc., Milk Specialties Company, Reliance Electric Company, Fox Photo, Inc., Galey & Lord, Inc., Del Monte Corporation, Pinnacle Apparel Group, Inc. and Zatarain’s Brands, Inc.
