Bruce C. Bruckmann, was an officer of CVC from 1983 through 1994. Prior to joining CVC, Mr. Bruckmann was an associate at the New York law firm of Patterson, Belknap, Webb & Tyler. He received his AB from Harvard College and his JD from Harvard Law School. Mr. Bruckmann is a member of the investment committee. He is currently a director of Mohawk Industries, Inc., H&E Equipment Services, Inc., DTLR, Inc., HeritageCrystal-Clean, Inc and Eos Fitness Holdings, LLC. In the past, he was a director of the following BRS portfolio companies: Town Sports International, Inc., Anvil Holdings, Inc., California Pizza Kitchen, Inc., Il Fornaio (America) Corporation, HealthPlus Corporation, MWI Veterinary Supply Co., Copelands’ Enterprises, Inc., Jitney-Jungle Stores of America, Inc., EZ Lube, L.L.C., Real Mex Restaurants, Inc., Mediq, Inc., Penhall International, Inc. and Healthessentials Solutions, Inc.
