Nicole Lichowit is a Managing Director in Brookfield’s Private Equity Group, responsible for Human Resources globally. In this role, she leads the group’s efforts around attracting, developing and retaining team members, as well as contributing to leadership development initiatives for Brookfield Asset Management. Prior to joining Brookfield in 2018, Ms. Lichowit held senior Human Resource leadership roles in various global corporations, including most recently, as Global Vice President at Celestica. Ms. Lichowit holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Royal Roads University, Master and Bachelor of Social Work, and Bachelor of Arts degrees from the University of British Columbia, and is Human Resources Compensation Committee Certified by McMaster University.
