Bio

Ed Brogan is a Managing Director in Brookfield’s Private Equity Group. In this role, he leads legal activities in Europe, including transaction origination and execution. He also supports the portfolio management team, serving as a key contact for portfolio companies in Europe. Prior to joining Brookfield in 2015, Mr. Brogan was a senior associate with a leading international law firm. Mr. Brogan holds a master’s degree in law from the University of Oxford.
