Bio

Andrew is a Co-Founder and Partner of Broadwing Capital. He shares responsibility for all aspects of firm operations including strategy, sourcing investment opportunities, evaluating and structuring transactions, portfolio company management and investor relations. Andrew has been a private equity investor for more than 16 years. Prior to co-founding Broadwing in 2022, Andrew was a Partner at Insight Equity where he co-led deal sourcing efforts, executed platform and add-on investments, debt financings, dividend recapitalizations and exits, partnered with management teams on value creation initiatives and served on the Investment Committee and numerous portfolio company boards. Andrew led deal evaluation and investments in multiple industries, including construction services, automotive, materials, niche manufacturing and building products. Before joining Insight, Andrew worked at Harren Equity Partners and started his career in investment banking at Deutsche Bank. Andrew earned an M.B.A. with Distinction from Northwestern University and a B.S.B.A. with Honors from UNC Chapel Hill.
