Adam Glucksman is a Partner of Broad Sky Partners and leads the firm’s investing activities within the Business Services sector. Most recently, Adam spent over 10 years with The Carlyle Group, where he was a Managing Director of the Carlyle U.S. Equity Opportunity Fund, Head of the Industrials team. Adam’s responsibilities included helping set the sector investment strategy and for sourcing new investments, in addition to leading deal teams through execution and approval of specific investments. Adam was actively involved with and served on the Boards of the firm’s investments in Service King, Bonotel, AxleTech, Array Marketing, Claritas, Thomas Scientific and United Road Services. Prior to joining Carlyle, Adam worked at Pegasus Capital Advisors, BNP Paribas (Financial Sponsors and Leveraged Finance group) and Pitney Bowes (Corporate Development). Adam began his career as a corporate lawyer at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison and Schulte Roth & Zabel. Adam received his MBA from Columbia Business School, his J.D. from Cardozo Law School and his B.A. from Rutgers University.
