Bio

Lisa is a Vice President and Fund Controller at Brightstar. She is responsible for accounting and finance activities pertaining to the funds including reporting, portfolio monitoring, valuation and investor requests. Prior to joining Brightstar, Lisa was an Assurance Manager in RSM US, LLP’s private equity audit practice based in Chicago. At RSM, Lisa managed financial statement audits for private equity and venture capital clients. Previously, Lisa worked as a tax consultant at a boutique tax compliance and advisory firm in Chicago where she served private equity funds and their portfolio companies. Lisa is a CPA and received her BBA from Loyola University Chicago.
