Craig Thomas is the Chief Marketing Officer and a Managing Director at Brightstar Capital Partners. Craig focuses on creating and accelerating the firm’s marketing strategy. He also works directly with Brightstar’s portfolio companies, helping them optimize their internal and external marketing strategies and processes to improve performance. Prior to joining Brightstar, Craig spent more than two decades as a journalist at local television news stations. He worked for CBS, NBC, and FOX affiliates around the country, and early in his career was a producer for a national cable outlet. Most recently, Craig was an evening anchor for the CBS and FOX affiliates in Tucson, Arizona. He was also an investigative reporter, using multiple platforms for in-depth, original reporting. Craig is a 2023 Colorado Titan 100, The Titan 100 program recognizes Colorado’s Top 100 CEOs and C-level executives. Craig received an AB from Dartmouth College and an MBA from the University of Massachusetts.
