Bio

Mr. Longo joined Brighton Partners in 2014. He previously worked for Sharecare, an Atlanta-based digital healthcare company. At Sharecare, Mr. Longo evaluated M&A transactions, investments and strategic partnerships. He also managed the company’s Healthcare Provider business, where he was responsible for bringing various SaaS and marketing products to market. Prior to Sharecare, Mr. Longo worked for an equipment financing company, where he acquired distressed equipment loans and leases from banks and the FDIC. Mr. Longo is a graduate of the University of Virginia and Emory University’s Goizueta Business School.
