Bio

Michael is an Investment Director in the Bridgepoint Development Capital team, based in London, where he is a member of the Business and Financial Services investment team. He joined the Firm in 2017. Since joining Bridgepoint, Michael has been involved in several transactions including the investment in DataExpert, Analysys Mason, Prescient Healthcare Group, HKA’s add-on acquisition of The Kenrich Group, together with the exits of BigHand and HKA. Prior to Bridgepoint, he was an Associate in the Financial Sponsors Group at HSBC, where he advised private equity clients on several M&A and Leveraged Finance transactions. Michael holds a degree in English Language and Literature from Oxford University.
