Duncan is a Partner and Head of Bridgepoint Growth. He sits on the Board of Market Halls. He worked at Bridgepoint in the 1990’s and re-joined the Firm in 2017 to lead the Bridgepoint Growth fund. Prior to this, Duncan was Chairman of a number of high-growth private equity-backed businesses and before that was Senior Partner at Bowmark Capital. Duncan is a graduate of the University of Oxford.
