Bio

David is a Legal Director and the Group Company Secretary. He provides legal support to the Firm, in particular in relation to management company matters, including listed company obligations and strategic projects. Prior to joining Bridgepoint, David worked at Slaughter and May, advising on a wide range of public and private M&A transactions, as well as private equity, equity capital markets and other corporate transactions. David holds a Bachelor of Commerce, Bachelor of Economics and Bachelor of Laws (Honours) from Monash University, as well as a Master of Applied Finance from Macquarie University.
