Rachel joined Brentwood in 2016 and focuses on the Consumer sector. She currently serves as a Director of Chicken Salad Chick, J.McLaughlin, Pacifica and Upward Projects. She is also active in the corporate development efforts of Blaze Pizza. Rachel was previously active in the corporate development efforts of Afterburn Holdings, Allen Edmonds, Boston Proper, Soft Surroundings, Sundance Holding Company and Watermill Express. Prior to joining Brentwood, Rachel worked at Pzena Investment Management where she focused on public equity investing in consumer retail and energy companies. Rachel also previously spent two years at Crestview Partners, where she focused on private equity investing and portfolio company management across a variety of industries, and two years as an Investment Banking Analyst at Barclays Capital, where she focused on mergers and acquisitions and general corporate finance in the healthcare industry. Rachel received a bachelor’s degree in finance from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, magna cum laude, in 2008 and an MBA from Harvard Business School in 2014.
