Troy MacMane is a Co-Founder and Managing Principal of Brennan Investment Group and is based out of Houston. With more than two decades of real estate experience, Mr. MacMane directs development, acquisitions, operations, portfolio management and sales activity in the Southwest/Texas Triangle area. Prior to joining Brennan Investment Group, Mr. MacMane was the co-founder and manager of Trident Equity Partners. Prior to forming Trident, Mr. MacMane was a Regional Director at First Industrial. Mr. MacMane was head of First Industrial’s acquisition and development program in the southern portion of Texas and responsible for all aspects of portfolio management. Mr. MacMane has acquired and developed over $5 billion of industrial assets totaling over 50 million square feet. Mr. MacMane graduated from the University of Texas at Austin and attended St. Thomas University’s MBA program.
