Scott Gibler is the Executive Director, Corporate Real Estate Solutions for Brennan Investment Group. He is based out of Denver but is responsible for national implementation of the CRES platform calling on corporate America to creatively monetize and strategically structure operational efficiencies on an individual or portfolio basis. Mr. Gibler has over 30 years of experience in commercial real estate, particularly in capital deployment, and asset management. Before joining Brennan Investment Group, he was the Chief Investment Officer for a Denver-based private investment group with $1.4B in AUM. Prior to that, he was Managing Director for Broe Real Estate Group, a privately held national real estate investment group and 15 years as Managing Director with Amstar Group, a private family office. During his tenure over the last 20 years, he has acquired, developed and/or operated over $2.3 billion of commercial and industrial real estate in the US and international markets. Mr. Gibler received his Bachelor of Science in Finance and Real Estate from the University of Southern California.
