Wade Lin is a Managing Director at Bregal Sagemount. Prior to joining Bregal Sagemount, Wade spent seven years at Hercules Capital, where he was a Managing Director and one of the founding team members of the Sponsor Finance Group. While at Hercules, he was responsible for originating, structuring, and managing debt facilities for privately held and venture-backed software and technology-enabled services companies. Before Hercules, Wade was at Wells Fargo Capital Finance in the Technology Finance Group, where he underwrote financings for leveraged buyouts, mergers & acquisitions, dividend recapitalizations, and growth capital. Wade started his career with the Technology Banking Group at United Commercial Bank. Wade received a BA from the University of California, Berkeley.
