Gerald Castaldo is a Vice President at Bregal Sagemount and is responsible for originating and underwriting investments in the software, healthcare, financial technology, business services, and consumer services sectors. Prior to joining Bregal Sagemount, he was an investment banking analyst in the Mergers & Acquisitions Group at Greenhill & Co. Gerald received a BS in Finance and Accounting from the Leonard N. Stern School of Business at New York University.
