Bio

David Greenbaum is a Vice President at Bregal Sagemount and is responsible for originating and underwriting investments in the software, data & information services, financial technology, and business services sectors. Prior to joining Bregal Sagemount, David was a Senior Associate and founding team member at Brighton Park Capital, where he focused on investing in growth-stage software, data & information services, and financial technology businesses. Previously, David was an Associate at Level Equity and at Morgan Stanley in the firm’s Technology Investment Banking group. David received a BA in Economics with a concentration in Finance & Accounting from the Johns Hopkins University.
