Irina Krasik is a Principal of Bregal Partners. Mrs. Krasik currently helps oversee the firm’s investment in Arcus Hunting, My/Mochi Ice Cream, TDBBS, and West Coast Salmon. Prior to joining Bregal Partners, Mrs. Krasik was a Principal at Wicks Capital Partners, where she originated and led investments in the information and technology-enabled services, healthcare, and education industries. During her 9-year tenure at Wicks, Mrs. Krasik led and/or participated in the investment of more than $250 million in equity capital. Prior thereto, Mrs. Krasik was an Associate at the Carlyle Group, where she focused on transportation and logistics businesses. Mrs. Krasik started her career at Merrill Lynch as an investment banking analyst in the mergers and acquisitions group. Mrs. Krasik graduated from Rutgers University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and holds an MBA from Harvard Business School with High Distinction.
