Nandini Hampole joined Bregal in February 2021 as Vice President of ESG & Responsible Investment. She has spent over 10 years in designing and implementing a variety of social and environmental programs across manufacturing, technology, consumer products and financial services sectors. Prior to Bregal, she worked at BSR, a business membership organization in integrating ESG considerations and climate risk management more broadly into their business strategies, asset classes, and products and services. Also, during her time at BSR, Nandini was seconded to KKR to support their Responsible Investment Program implementation. Earlier in her career, Nandini worked with the global professional services firm EY LLP on its climate change and sustainability services practice, leading its social and human rights engagements in the Americas. She speaks French, Italian, Kannada, and Hindi fluently. Nandini has a M.A. in International Affairs from the Institut d’Études Politiques de Paris (Sciences Po).
