Gilles Pun-Lai-Yuen is a Director at Bregal Investments and heads the portfolio monitoring and analysis team. He oversees all aspects of our portfolio reporting and analysis to Limited Partners and other stakeholders and advises on the valuation of our portfolio holdings. He manages an experienced team providing a wide range of value-added analysis across Bregal in collaboration with our other teams such as ESG and Investor Relations. Gilles joined Bregal in 2005, formerly he was at KPMG London where he was responsible for the firm’s Financial Sector business modelling services. His work at KPMG included advising clients on corporate transactions, providing solutions in business strategy, investment appraisals, financing structures and corporate restructuring primarily within the banking, insurance, investment management and private equity sectors. Gilles is a Chartered Accountant and graduated from London School of Economics with a BSc in Economics and Computing.
