Bio

Dwight Cupit is the CFO of Bregal and oversees all aspects of finance and operations of the firm. Dwight has a long association with the Bregal group, formerly being the CFO of Bregal Capital from 2010 to 2015 and previously the CFO of Englefield Capital, which was acquired by Bregal in 2010. Dwight joined Englefield at its inception in 2002, holding its first close in 2003 with Bregal Investments as a major limited partner in its Funds I and II. Before joining Englefield, Dwight was the Finance Director of eVolution Global Partners, a start-up venture capital firm sponsored by Kleiner Perkins, Texas Pacific Group and Bain & Co. Dwight started his career at Arthur Andersen working in the Melbourne, San Francisco and the London offices. Dwight is a Chartered Accountant in both the UK and Australia and graduated from Monash University in Melbourne, Australia, with a Bachelor in Economics.
