Bio

Jeff Goldstein is a seasoned operator with over 25 years of industry experience. He most recently served as Chief Strategy Officer at Apex Clearing, a Peak6 Investments subsidiary and the leading fintech solutions provider for disruptive digital wealth companies. Prior to joining Peak6, Mr. Goldstein was Group President, Digital, and Chief Strategy Officer at Aristocrat Leisure Ltd (ASX: ALL) where he had operating responsibility for and directly managed Aristocrat’s digital gaming business, which generated in excess of $1.0 billion in annual revenue. He was previously Interim CEO and a member of the Board of Directors of United Online (NASDAQ: UNTD), where he successfully led the stabilization and subsequent sale of the company, and President of PriceGrabber, where he also led a successful strategic exit. Earlier in his career, he served in acquisition roles at Experian, IAC (Interactive Acquisition Corp.) and Lehman Brothers, and had practiced law at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher. Mr. Goldstein graduated from the University of California at Berkeley with a B.A. in economics, where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa. He received his J.D. from Columbia Law School, where he was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar, and received his M.B.A. from INSEAD.
