Bio

Dan Kozlowski joined Bratenahl Capital Partners in 2014 and currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer. Dan's responsibilities include overseeing the finance, accounting and administrative function of The Howley Family Office as well as being a core member of the investment team. Prior to Bratenahl Capital Partners, Dan worked as a manager in the mergers and acquisitions transaction services practice at Deloitte & Touche. While at Deloitte & Touche, he led buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements with private equity and strategic buyers across all industries. He began his career at PwC in the audit practice. Dan is a member of the Ambassador Committee of the First Tee of Cleveland. He is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive) and a graduate of Miami University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. Dan currently lives in Kirtland, OH with his wife Megan and daughter Emerson.
